The process is really quick and easy. Raffi explained everything in detail and made sure every question I had was answered and explained. Everything is covered from Consultation to Medication. Raffi provided me with all the scripts for Blood work within the same day of our consultation and it was always available to answer questions when I had them.
When everything was done and approved I remembered I was going to be out of the country for near a month and realized I would not make it on time back in the country to get my refill. Raffi worked with Gavin to achieve the Vacation Refill.
Gavin and I worked getting all the authorizations with my Health insurance for the pharmacy to be able to mail the amount of pills needed for the following 2 months. Thanks Gavin for being so helpful and professional!
