If I could give 10 stars to this service, I would. It is incredible how efficient these folks are with their medical care, communication, appointment setup, lab testing services, prescription refill process, and so much more. I took a chance on Q Care Plus after spotting an ad on an app. So glad I did because I have not experienced one thing that was unpleasant about the way they do their business. The kits I receive for collecting specimens are so well packaged and labeled that you really don’t need anything more to do what needs to be done. In particular, I want to give a shoutout to Anthony Interrante who has been helping me with my lab tests, results, and refills for several months now. I am super impressed by his quick and clear communication as well as his dedication to providing excellent customer service. If you are even remotely considering a switch to Q Care Plus, don’t think…just do it!
