Laramie Reproductive Health’s (LRH) mission is to provide compassionate care and education in a supportive environment. LRH has been breaking down the barriers to accessing quality, affordable, and inclusive healthcare since 1971, and is the only low cost/no cost clinic in Albany County specializing in reproductive health. LRH, a Title X Family Planning Clinic, provides a sliding fee scale, accepts insurance, and offers 12-month payment plans.
We want our patients to have the choice of deciding when they are ready to start a family, which is why we offer such a wide variety of birth control options and education so patients can make the best choice for themselves. Through our sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing and treatment, we help prevent the spread of potentially harmful infections within our community. We are passionate about reducing menstrual inequity in our community by providing free menstrual hygiene products at the clinic as well as at various locations in Laramie. Our services also include cancer screenings, blood work, sports physicals, annual exams, DoT physicals, HPV vaccines, hormone replacement therapy, and PeP/PrEP prescriptions.
